Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that cater to each client’s unique needs and therapeutic goals.

• Provide therapeutic interventions for a range of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, grief, addiction, and various behavioral challenges.

• Conduct evidence-based therapy sessions utilizing methodologies like cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-informed care.

• Deliver crisis management support to clients experiencing acute distress, ensuring their immediate safety and mental health needs are addressed.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress notes in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.

• Engage in regular supervision and peer consultation to ensure the highest quality of care is maintained.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will encompass working with a varied population, including families, individuals, children, and adolescents facing a multitude of emotional and psychological challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT) is required.

• Active LMFT license issued by the State of California.

• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in providing therapeutic services.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $130,000 per year, reflective of your skills and experience.
