Eric Blank Injury Attorneys is seeking a driven, client-centered Personal Injury Litigator to join our Las Vegas team. This is an opportunity for a Nevada-licensed attorney to take meaningful ownership of a diverse personal-injury caseload, advocate for injured clients from litigation through trial, and develop as a courtroom lawyer with the support of experienced attorneys, dedicated paralegals, case managers, and intake professionals. We are looking for someone who combines strong legal judgment, persuasive writing and advocacy skills, and a genuine commitment to securing excellent results for clients.

At our firm, litigators are empowered to focus on high-value legal work: developing case strategy, taking depositions, arguing motions, negotiating with insurance carriers and defense counsel, and preparing cases for trial. $130,000+potential (Base salary + percentage of settlements). Additional benefits include Health, Vision & Dental, 401(k) and Cash Balance Plan

• Lead and manage personal injury litigation cases from inception to resolution, ensuring the best outcomes for clients.

• Collaborate closely with paralegals and case managers to streamline case preparation and documentation.

• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to build strong, evidence-based cases.

• Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations with a focus on achieving favorable settlements.

• Maintain open and transparent communication with clients, keeping them informed and involved throughout the legal process.

• Develop and implement innovative legal strategies that align with our firm's mission and values.

• Mentor junior attorneys and staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the team.

• Experience in managing personal injury cases from intake to resolution.

• Ability to conduct depositions and effectively communicate with witnesses, experts, and opposing parties.

• Proven track record of drafting and arguing motions and responding to discovery requests.

• Strong skills in performing in-depth legal research and developing strategic litigation plans.

• Experience in supervising and mentoring paralegals, fostering a collaborative team environment.

• Ability to represent clients confidently in arbitration hearings, bench trials, and jury trials.

• Proven ability to provide strategic guidance to ensure cases are trial-ready, even when resolved through settlement.
