Accounting Manager

What You’ll Do Oversee and mentor a team handling AP/AR, collections, and day-to-day transactions Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close to ensure GAAP compliance Prepare accurate financials, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis Handle tax filings (sales, use, property) and compliance reporting Maintain banking and lender relationships, monitor cash flow, and support audits Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and accuracy What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or Master’s a plus) 3–5+ years in a management role within accounting/finance Strong technical GAAP knowledge and advanced Excel skills Experience in retail, multi-location operations, or similar high-volume environments preferred Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Fully paid health, dental, and vision insurance for employee 401(k) plan PTO and paid holidays Opportunity to work closely with ownership and make a direct impact Location and Schedule Onsite role – Lafayette, CA; 5x a week; no hybrid or remote option Apply today or email to learn more.
