Qualifications of the R&D Associate:

• A Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a closely related discipline (MS or PhD preferred).

• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in developing formulations or supporting stability studies.
\n
• In-depth understanding of formulation techniques and industry practices.
\n
• Proficient in analytical instruments.
\n
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
\n
• Strong skills in organization and managing multiple projects.
\n
• Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance guidelines.
\n

Responsibilities of the R&D Associate:

• Design and develop innovative formulations, such as tablets and gummies.
\n
• Optimize formulations for improved stability, bioavailability, and patient adherence.
\n
• Ensure all formulations adhere to regulatory guidelines and industry standards.
\n
• Understand and apply 21 CFR FDA drug compliance requirements.
\n
• Perform HPLC stability testing, dissolution tests, and other essential evaluations to confirm formulation safety and effectiveness.
\n
• Develop prototypes and samples for further testing and validation.
\n
• Analyze experimental data and draw insights to drive formulation improvements.
\n
• Maintain accurate, detailed records of all experiments and outcomes.
\n
• Ensure formulations align with internal quality benchmarks.
\n
• Implement quality control processes throughout the formulation development lifecycle.
\n
• Collaborate effectively with teams such as quality control, regulatory, and production.
\n
• Communicate progress, challenges, and results clearly to stakeholders.

• Stay informed on the latest trends in pharmaceutical formulation and evolving regulatory standards.
