Benefits & Pay The pay range for this position is $15-$16 and is dependent on your experience. Customer Satisfaction - Identify and assess customer needs through managing phone, email and other communication channels.Cheerfully resolve customer concerns, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives; follow up to ensure resolution.
