The Executive Chef at Daniels Steakhouse ensures food quality to the highest standard for our guests. Primary daily duties include quality control line checks, recipe adherence, managing organizational conditions i.e. walk ins and storage areas and implementing changes and/or suggestive improvements for shortfalls. Staff scheduling in adherence to defined budget parameters. Hiring and disciplining of kitchen personnel as needed. Regular meetings with support team including all sous chefs and salaried personnel. Bi-weekly meeting with DO and General Manager regarding budgets, kitchen operations, staffing, food quality issues and needed improvements.
