About our Agency: I opened my agency in 2008 after spending 21 years as a Sales Manager for one of the most profitable newspapers in the country. A close friend who was a State Farm agent introduced me to the opportunity, and it turned out to be the perfect next chapter-combining leadership, coaching, and long-term relationship building. Today, our team includes five knowledgeable professionals, and we've built an easygoing, supportive environment where people genuinely enjoy working together.


I'm a proud parent of twins-one attending college in Alabama and the other at LSU-and family continues to shape how I lead and support my team. Giving back is a big part of who we are. We stay involved with food banks, Bikes for School programs, playground sponsorships, church initiatives, and I'm also the founder of a local fishing tournament that brings the community together.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.
• Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.
• Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
• Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.

Qualifications:

• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
• Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
