$65,000 - $85,000 yearly

• Manage and organize case files from intake through verdict, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
• Collaborate closely with attorneys to prepare for trials, hearings, and depositions, contributing to strategy discussions and case planning.
• Draft, review, and file legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests, maintaining a high standard of accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate with clients, witnesses, and experts to gather information and evidence, fostering strong relationships and clear communication.
• Utilize Filevine and Lead Docket to track case progress, deadlines, and tasks, ensuring efficient workflow and timely completion of objectives.
• Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation, providing attorneys with relevant information and insights.
• Assist in the preparation of trial exhibits and presentations, ensuring all materials are organized and readily accessible during proceedings.
