Role Overview
Apply deep expertise in gravitation, cosmology, and astrophysics to produce analytical and numerical solutions that will be used to train and evaluate next-generation AI systems. This research-level engagement focuses on advanced topics such as Dynamical Chern-Simons gravity, first-order Palatini tetrad formalism, FRW cosmology, quadratic inflation, and related phenomena. Candidates may be assigned to specialized tasks such as Solver, Auditor, or Adjudicator according to their subfield experience.
Key Responsibilities- Provide detailed analytical and numerical solutions in first-order Palatini gravity, including tetrad and spin connection formalisms.
- Calculate Pontryagin density contributions and analyze their implications in extended gravity theories.
- Formulate, solve, and interpret Friedmann ordinary differential equations with torsion in cosmological models.
- Integrate coupled, nonlinear ODE systems using advanced numerical methods and critically evaluate results.
- Apply Planck-unit normalization consistently across theoretical and computational tasks to ensure comparability.
- Contribute domain expertise to create high-quality training data and evaluations for AI systems, and perform role-specific tasks when assigned as Solver, Auditor, or Adjudicator.
- Advanced academic background, PhD or equivalent preferred, in physics with emphasis on gravitation, cosmology, or astrophysics.
- Hands-on experience with first-order Palatini gravity, tetrad and spin connection formalisms, and higher-order curvature corrections.
- Proven ability to derive, solve, and interpret nonlinear ODE systems relevant to cosmology and gravitational physics.
- Familiarity with Pontryagin density, Chern-Simons modifications, and their physical implications.
- Demonstrated use of Planck-unit normalization and clear physical interpretation in theoretical models.
- No prior experience in AI is required, domain knowledge is the primary qualification.
