Description

• Conduct evaluations for pediatric, adult, and geriatric clients using evidence-based assessments and observational methods.

• Deliver personalized speech therapy interventions targeting communication, language, fluency, voice, and swallowing issues.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including physical therapists, occupational therapists, nurses, and families, to cultivate holistic care plans.
• Educate patients and their families, empowering them to support progress outside the clinic.
• Engage in occasional inpatient evaluations and therapy to ensure seamless care throughout the client's treatment process.
• Maintain precise documentation in accordance with state, federal, and organizational standards.

Education

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
• Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if you are not yet ASHA-certified.

Certifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within the first month of employment.
