Make a meaningful difference supporting students in a vibrant school setting as a Speech-Language Pathologist. This on-site contract opportunity allows you to combine part-time positions to create a full-time schedule, or select part-time assignments based on your availability and preferences. Positions are available across multiple schools with supportive teams and manageable caseloads in both Port St. Lucie and Fort Pierce.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Florida Speech-Language Pathologist license required.
• Previous school-based SLP experience preferred.
• Ability to provide comprehensive therapy to students in grades PK-8.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with both students and educational teams.
• Must complete fingerprinting (district can access existing AHCA prints) and pick up a badge onsite prior to starting.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver direct speech-language therapy to students in elementary and middle grade levels.
• Evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs.
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other SLPs for best student outcomes.
• Maintain documentation, progress reports, and compliance with district policies.
• Adjust caseload, schedule, and site assignment based on part-time or full-time preference:
  • Tradition Lakes (Port St. Lucie): 4th–8th grade, 2-3 days/week—work alongside another SLP.
  • Manatee K-8 (Port St. Lucie): K–8th grade, 2-3 days/week—large, welcoming SLP team.
  • C.A. Moore K-8 (Fort Pierce): PK–8th grade, 2 days/week—solo SLP for the site.
  • White City Elementary (Fort Pierce): K–5th grade, 2-3 days/week—small school environment.
