We are seeking dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists for on-site roles that can be customized as part-time (14-21 hours/week) or combined for full-time positions (35 hours/week). You’ll play a vital part in fostering communication development and student success across elementary and middle grades.

Current openings are located at welcoming campuses in Port St. Lucie and Fort Pierce, each offering a unique caseload and collaborative environment. Whether you thrive as part of a team or are comfortable as the sole SLP onsite, there’s a perfect fit awaiting you. Full-time schedules are easily arranged by combining two part-time roles.

What we look for:

• Hold an active Florida Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
• Experience delivering services in a school-based setting, elementary and/or middle grades preferred
• Commitment to on-site service with flexibility for varied campus assignments
• Clear background check; district fingerprinting required (can be expedited for those already in the AHCA clearinghouse)
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Your impact and responsibilities:

• Deliver direct therapy to caseloads ranging from Pre-K (resource therapy) to 8th grade
• Complete assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and maintain progress documentation
• Collaborate with teachers, fellow SLPs, and support personnel to promote student outcomes
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive learning atmosphere
• Serve either as part of established SLP teams or independently, depending on location
