Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager and Estimator in the Heavy Civil sector to join our dynamic team in Albany, NY. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality projects. If you have experience with Bluebeam, Procore, and Heavybid, and are ready to take on exciting challenges in civil engineering, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities- Oversee and manage civil engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Utilize Bluebeam for project documentation, review, and collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
- Implement Procore for project management, tracking progress, and maintaining communication with all parties involved.
- Prepare and manage project budgets using Heavybid, ensuring accurate cost estimation and financial tracking.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure project specifications and requirements are met.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Prepare and present project updates and reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and effective communication.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in civil engineering, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Proficiency in Bluebeam, Procore, and Heavybid software.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
