What We Offer as aTransportation Operations Coordinator: Competitive pay Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) and holiday pay 401(k) with company match Career growth and advancement opportunities Stable, year-round employment Supportive and team-oriented workplace culture Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM What You'll Do as a Transportation Operations Coordinator: Fleet & Trip Coordination Assign and coordinate passenger trips to drivers for efficient and timely service Monitor transportation activity throughout the day and adjust schedules as needed Communicate trip details, service updates, and route information to drivers Help maintain on-time performance and service reliability Respond quickly to schedule changes, driver requests, and customer needs Assist in maximizing fleet efficiency and service coverage Driver & Customer Support Serve as a primary point of contact for drivers, passengers, and internal departments Provide drivers with operational support, trip updates, and routing assistance Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and urgency Resolve service concerns and assist with problem-solving efforts Deliver outstanding customer service through clear and effective communication Support positive experiences for both drivers and passengers Administrative & Operational Support Maintain accurate trip records, reports, and operational documentation Monitor daily service performance and transportation activity Assist with tracking operational metrics and reporting requirements Collaborate with management to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction Support company initiatives that promote operational excellence Qualifications of aTransportation Operations Coordinator: High School Diploma or GED required Previous experience in transportation operations, dispatching, scheduling, logistics, customer service, or call center environments preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel Experience with transportation software, fleet management systems, or routing platforms is a plus Why Join zTrip?
