Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete payroll process, from data processing to payment dissemination, to ensure accuracy and timeliness
• Develop and implement effective payroll procedures to optimize efficiency and minimize errors
• Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards
• Analyze and resolve payroll-related issues and discrepancies in a timely and professional manner
• Provide exceptional customer service to employees and management regarding payroll inquiries and concerns
• Maintain detailed records and reports for payroll purposes, ensuring accurate tracking of hours worked, wages, and benefits
• Stay up-to-date with changing regulations and developments in payroll administration, making recommendations for process improvements as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• At least 3 years experience as a payroll director
• Strong understanding of payroll regulations, laws, and best practices
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
• Proficiency in payroll software and systems
