Neurology Territory Business Manager (Overlay), Denver

argenx seeks a Territory Business Manager for its Neurology Franchise in the Kansas City and Denver areas. The role involves supporting product launches and indication expansion by engaging healthcare professionals, academic institutions, and specialty pharmacy providers. The TBM will collaborate with regional colleagues to drive demand generation and meet sales objectives.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular travel throughout assigned territory for customer engagement
- Develop territory plans and local market strategy aligned with launch priorities
- Collaborate with regional colleagues to align customer strategy and coordinate engagement
- Communicate and engage with assigned healthcare professionals and affiliated staff
- Meet and exceed sales and launch objectives within assigned geography
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (B.S. or B.A.)
- 5+ years specialty, rare disease, or biologics sales experience
- Neurology sales background strongly preferred
- Proven track record of consistent high sales performance
- Experience planning and executing sales strategy and product launches
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with internal and field-based partners
- Understanding of market access dynamics and specialty pharmacy accounts
Compensation: $140,000–$192,500 base
