Join us to drive positive, lasting change that moves missions and the government forward!The System Administrator will provide support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of Information Technology systems.Responsibilities:Manages IT system infrastructure and any processes related to these systems. Provides support to IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all of the client/server/storage/network devices, mobile devices, etc.Provides Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution of problems. Provides support for the escalation and communication of status to management and internal customers.Configures and manages Linux/RHEL and Windows operating systems and installs/loads operating system software, troubleshoots, maintains integrity and configures network components along with implementing enhancements to improve reliability and performanceMonitor daily operations of applications and infrastructurePerform system maintenance tasks including patches and updatesTroubleshoot and resolve application technical issuesAssist with user account management and security administrationSupport system backups and recovery proceduresHelp maintain system documentation and operational proceduresParticipate in testing during upgrades and implementationsGenerate system reports and analyze performance metricsRespond to user support requests related to system functionalityBasic Qualifications:4 years of experience in Information Technology; Systems AdministrationBachelor's degree in technical discipline from an accredited college university is required. Five years of additional SA experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.Meeting DoD 8570 level 2 qualifications, which would be any of the following certifications: Security+ CE, CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, CND:EC-Council's Certified Network Defender (CND)Clearance:Active TS/SCI with polygraph is required#clearancejobs#LI-DefenseThe base pay range for this position in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland is $111,900 - $141,300 USDAccenture Federal Services is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
