Overview We are seeking an experienced QuickBooks Bookkeeper for an immediate assignment to support our client’s accounting needs. Solid accounting history on QuickBooks required. This position is ideal for detail‑oriented bookkeeping professionals seeking engagement in a fast‑paced environment that values accuracy and technical expertise. Responsibilities Manage financial records Reconcile accounts Ensure accurate processing of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Handle billing and sales tax reporting Qualifications Strong expertise in QuickBooks Experience in bookkeeping/accounting Employment Details Temporary assignment Associate seniority level Pay range: $30.00/hr – $35.00/hr Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday Duration: 4+ weeks (immediate assignment) Location Portland peninsula, conveniently located near I-295 with on‑site parking. #J-18808-Ljbffr Springborn Staffing
