About the Role
The Company is in search of a hands-on Controller/CFO to join their leadership team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all day-to-day accounting operations, managing cash flow, banking relationships, and ensuring compliance with bank covenants. This role also involves supervising accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and leading the monthly financial close process to guarantee timely and accurate financial reporting. The Controller/CFO will be a key partner in financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision-making, and will work closely with the company's CPA firm. Applicants for the Controller/CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, a CPA designation (active or previously held), and experience with QuickBooks Online. The ideal candidate will have a background in a small, family-owned, or entrepreneurial organization, and possess strong accounting, financial management, and organizational skills. The role requires the ability to thrive in a hands-on position with diverse responsibilities, including overseeing HR functions and front office administrative operations.
