Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage directly with students in both office and community environments, providing therapeutic support tailored to clients experiencing major mental illness and severe emotional disorders.

• Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans that align with shared goals.

• Conduct brief, developmentally appropriate screenings, making referrals for more extensive assessments as necessary to address and identify client needs comprehensively.

• Create and manage integrated care plans that connect clients and their families to essential services and resources, facilitating effective communication among all parties involved.

• Monitor client progress through ongoing assessments, ensuring treatment services are aligned with their evolving needs and priorities.

• Participate proactively in crisis intervention efforts, ensuring immediate support and appropriate responses during critical incidents.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions focusing on empowerment through choice and fostering healthy coping mechanisms.
