Work Environment\n

This full-time position involves a blend of in-person therapy and telehealth sessions, allowing for flexibility in scheduling and client engagement. Our therapists work from Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., in an environment that prioritizes autonomy and collaborative team dynamics. You will be immersed in a supportive network comprised of fellow mental health professionals, allowing for case consultations and shared learning.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations to diagnose mental health conditions, developing personalized treatment plans that reflect the specific needs and goals of each client.

• Maintain a comprehensive caseload of 25-30 client visits per week, providing individual therapy, family therapy, and group therapy tailored to a diverse range of clients.

• Document all aspects of therapeutic work, including session notes, treatment plan updates, and diagnostic assessments, in accordance with the company’s protocols.

• Collaborate with case managers, medical staff, and educational personnel to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.
