Seasonal Assembly - 1st Shift

Pay: $17.50/hr - On Demand Pay available (access a portion of your earned pay before pay day) Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm, with overtime including Saturday Location: Indy North - 5550 W. 74th Street, Indianapolis, IN 46268 Job Type: Seasonal – not eligible for benefits Job Duration: This seasonal role is expected to last through the facility’s peak season. Job Responsibilities Accurately label, sort, palletize, and wrap product for shipment Safely load product to correct carrier for shipment Assemble products according to detailed specifications and drawings Communicate with supervisors regarding discrepancies, damage, or order issues Adherence to all safety policies – steel toes required What You Bring Previous warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience - required Ability to lift boxes weighting up to 50lbs Proven success working in fast-paced, physically demanding seasonal periods Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop throughout duration of 8 to 10-hour shift Ability to communicate effectively in English (written and verbal) to be able to collaborate with team members and follow direction from leadership What Makes our Indy North Facility Special Experienced, tenured, team who are willing to share their knowledge and experience Peak season fun – food trucks, basketball and cornhole competitions, giveaways Diverse, Inclusive, & Welcoming work environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Lakeside Book
