Diverse Staffing is hiring Medical Device Assemblers for a manufacturing facility in Indianapolis, Indiana. This position offers a consistent weekday schedule, weekly pay, and the opportunity to develop manufacturing skills in a clean production environment.

Job Duties

• Assemble medical devices according to written instructions and specifications
• Perform visual inspections and quality checks during production
• Pick, pack, and prepare products for shipping
• Operate production equipment and machinery safely
• Maintain accurate production and inventory records
• Keep workstations clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards

Work Environment

• Clean manufacturing environment
• Fast-paced production setting
• Repetitive assembly work throughout the shift
• Frequent hand and finger movements required
• Standing for extended periods
• Quality-focused environment requiring attention to detail
• PPE may be required in designated work areas

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for 8-10 hours per shift
• Frequent repetitive hand movements
• Ability to bend, reach, and perform assembly tasks throughout the shift
• Lift up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally
• Strong visual attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous assembly experience
• Manufacturing experience
• Medical device, electronics, or precision assembly experience
• Experience operating manufacturing equipment
• High school diploma or GED
