Target Compensation: 90k-110k plus bonus Key Responsibilities for the Senior Accountant:
• Lead month-end and year-end close activities, including account reconciliations and journal entries
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and supporting schedules
• Support inventory accounting, cost analysis, and manufacturing reporting
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and controls
Qualifications for the Senior Accountant:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Manufacturing and/or cost accounting experience preferred
• Strong Excel skills and experience with ERP systems
