HIRING: ServiceNow Technical Consultant – CSM & AI
\n \nAre you a ServiceNow Technical Consultant with strong experience in CSM and AI-driven ServiceNow solutions ?
\n \nWe’re looking for a consultant to help design, configure, integrate, and enhance ServiceNow solutions for a long-term enterprise engagement.
\n \nWhat You’ll Work On
\n- \n
- ServiceNow CSM implementations and enhancements \n
- Now Assist, Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent & AI Search \n
- Configure Flow Designer & Integration Hub \n
- Build and support ServiceNow workflows and integrations \n
- Develop solutions aligned with business and technical requirements \n
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and support existing ServiceNow environments \n
- Collaborate with functional teams, architects, and business stakeholders \n
- Support testing, documentation, deployments, and production issues \n
What We’re Looking For
\n✅ Strong ServiceNow development / technical consulting experience
\n✅ Hands-on CSM experience
\n✅ Experience with ServiceNow AI capabilities
\n✅ Flow Designer & Integration Hub
\n✅ ServiceNow integrations and APIs
\n✅ JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting
\n✅ Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
\n✅ Ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders
\n \n✈️ Some travel may be required depending on client needs
\n8–12+ Month Contract | Possible Extension
