We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and service-driven Onboarding Specialist to help create an exceptional experience for our newest team members from the moment they accept an offer through their first day of employment.In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for new hires, guiding them through the onboarding process while ensuring all pre-employment requirements are completed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with company, state, federal, and accreditation standards. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy building relationships, and have a passion for creating a seamless employee experience, we'd love to hear from you.What You'll DoAs an Onboarding Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring our new employees are prepared, compliant, and ready for success.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full pre-employment and onboarding process from offer acceptance through start date.Guide candidates through onboarding requirements while delivering a positive and professional experience.Coordinate, collect, review, and validate all required employment documentation and onboarding forms.Ensure employees meet all compliance and clearance requirements prior to their start date.Monitor onboarding milestones and maintain tracking systems to ensure timely completion of all required activities.Proactively identify and resolve issues that may delay onboarding or employee start dates.Communicate regularly with candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and operational leaders regarding onboarding status and clearance progress.Support onboarding initiatives that enhance efficiency, compliance, and the overall employee experience.Maintain confidentiality and accuracy while handling sensitive employee information.Partner cross-functionally with Human Resources, Recruitment, Compliance, and Operations teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process.What You'll BringEducationAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.Equivalent combinations of education and relevant experience will be considered.ExperienceInternship experience or 1-2 years of experience in onboarding, human resources, recruiting support, credentialing, compliance, healthcare administration, or a related field preferred.Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Experience supporting healthcare onboarding processes is highly preferred.Proficiency with HRIS, applicant tracking systems, and Microsoft Office applications is a plus.Why Join Constellation Health Services?At Constellation Health Services, we are committed to helping our employees thrive while delivering exceptional care and service to the communities we serve.
