Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to clients exhibiting symptoms of major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders through assessments and therapeutic interventions.

• Engage with clients, families, and external providers to ensure continuity and quality of care, exercising respect and cultural competency at all times.

• Carry a caseload that includes conducting individual, group, and family therapy sessions to address diverse emotional and psychological needs.

• Participate in crisis intervention efforts, providing timely support and resources during critical moments.

• Ensure compliance with all ethical guidelines and organizational policies, while monitoring client progress, admission, and discharge protocols.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 70,000 and 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
