Healthline In Home and CDS is currently hiring an Office Coordinator for our Jefferson City, MO office.
We are seeking an organized, personable, and detail-oriented office coordinator to join our organization. You will coordinate various office tasks and functions to ensure office operations run smoothly at all times. We prefer to hire someone with a Healthcare Office experience.
This is a full-time position with paid time off and company paid insurance.
You will be in charge of:
- Hiring Caregivers
- Training Caregivers
- Answering phones
- Finding coverage for clients
- Covering clients as needed
- Setting up events in the community
- Marketing/Networking
- Growing our clientele in the area
- And other office duties as needed.
Healthline In Home and CDS has been in the Missouri area since 2008. We have locations in Sedalia, St. Louis, Lee's Summit, Springfield, and Jefferson City. We offer In-Home services, Consumer Directed Services, VA, Vet Assist, HCY, and Private Duty. We help individuals with everyday household chores to stay independent in their own home.
