- # Program Manager Enterprise Content Management (ECM) (f/m/d)Applylocations: Wolfratshausentime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: R\_00103955**Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!**# Responsibilities:* You lead a multi-year **global ECM transformation**, including planning, budgeting, risk management, dependencies, and performance measurement.* This involves steering all program phases: from the **migration** of **legacy data** to the sustainable **implementation** ofnew processes in the business units.* You advise the business units on the implementation of scalable ECM solutions that create genuine business value.* You design and establish **digital processes** on the ECM platform, incorporating new technologies such as artificial intelligence.* You further develop information architectures, data structures, metadata models, and governance standards.* To ensure the successful implementation of this transformation, you coordinate international project teams, internal experts, and external partners.* With a high degree of visibility, you work closely with various stakeholders, management bodies, and steering committees.# Qualifications:* Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, business informatics, information management, or comparable.* Profound experience in **enterprise content management, document management**, and **IT consulting**.* Sound expertise managing complex programs, migration projects, or global **IT transformations**.* Deep understanding of IT platforms, information architectures, metadata models, and data governance.* Strong knowledge of **end-to-end business processes**, corporate data flows, and collaboration with various business functions.* A hands-on approach combined with strategic thinking, consulting expertise, and effective stakeholder management.* **Business-fluent English** and fluent German skills for international collaboration round out your profile.
