What You'll Do This is primarily an outside sales position serving Glendale, Burbank, Pasadena, and surrounding communities. You'll spend most of your week in the field developing relationships with referral partners, meeting prospective clients, and representing Better In Home Care throughout the community. Your responsibilities include: Develop and execute a strategic territory growth plan Build lasting relationships with hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, physicians, home health agencies, hospices, geriatric care managers, senior centers, and other referral partners Complete 30-40 meaningful in-person relationship-building visits each week Become the trusted home care resource within your territory Respond promptly to new referrals and guide families through the consultation process Conduct professional in-home assessments with prospective clients Partner with our care management team to ensure smooth client onboarding Maintain detailed CRM documentation and manage your sales pipelineRepresent Better In Home Care at networking events, educational presentations, and community outreach opportunities Who We're Looking For We're seeking someone who enjoys building relationships and has the confidence to develop new business through professionalism, consistency, and exceptional service. Ideal candidates have: Outside business development or healthcare sales experience Experience selling private-pay services to consumers Existing relationships within the senior care or healthcare community (highly preferred) Home care, hospice, home health, senior living, rehabilitation, or healthcare experience (preferred) Personal caregiving experience is a plus More importantly, you're someone who: Builds Trust People naturally enjoy working with you.
