Outbound HEDIS Outreach Coordinator (Spanish Preferred)

Emanate Health is seeking a HEDIS Outreach Coordinator to contact beneficiaries about quality measures and survey patients. The role includes processing authorizations, ordering lab work, and scheduling with providers and radiology facilities. Local travel to provider offices is required.
