Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans that address the specific needs of each client.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records, ensuring compliance with ethical guidelines and legal requirements.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to facilitate holistic care for clients.

• Stay abreast of current developments in the mental health field through relevant workshops and professional development opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LPC role focuses on a diverse client base seeking outpatient counseling for a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, family conflict, and relationship issues. Counselors will work closely with individuals, couples, families, and groups to facilitate healing and equip them with constructive coping mechanisms. Qualifications\n
