Receive a guaranteed minimum wage of $20 - $25 per hour, based on experience, with the ability to make an additional up to $10,000 per year in bonuses . A fun culture where success is celebrated as a team Benefits & Pay The pay range for this position is $20.00 to $25.00, based on experience, plus bonuses dependent on your ability to WOW delight customers with your professionalism, ability to connect, mastery of our sales process and ability to convert warm leads to sales. Weekly, quarterly and yearly bonus opportunities Earn paid time off with every hour you work, up to 15 days per year Earn a 4% company match for your retirement contributions As an estimator, you will be responsible for: Price quotes to sell Molly Maid cleaning services – Meet with warm leads in their home and over the phone. Communicate with customers in a friendly, positive, and professional manner – Our team members love our customers, and you will too. Show them you care about their home; make a connection and you’ll win. Close the loop on any open estimates/sales – We believe the personal relationship is important and that starts with you, the estimator. Support operations – Your in depth knowledge of customers is valuable to maintaining customer satisfaction.
