Job Description Position Purpose Receive paperwork for manifested waste in compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations and provide customer service and support. Primary Duties / Responsibilities Scan manifests, manage the e-manifests system, check for approvals and assign sampling requirements. Prepare internal paperwork to enable operations to off-load receipts in a timely and accurate manner. Perform QA/QC on all incoming manifests, Land Disposal Restriction and UHC forms and other required documents to ensure all information is present and accurate and in compliance with state, federal, and site regulations. Sign, date and distribute manifests in accordance with state and federal regulations. Ensure load and manifest discrepancies are resolved in a timely manner and in compliance with all state, federal requirements. Ensure all receipts are released to billing in a timely and accurate manner. Ensure all receiver numbers are accounted for and billed, including voids, cancellations, and no shows. Qualifications Education / Experience / Background High School diploma or General Educational Development (GED) required Experience using AS400 and Microsoft Office Knowledge / Skills / Abilities Ability to work independently or with others as required Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills required Required Certification / Licenses / Training DOT Training Additional Information Pay Range $29 to $35 per hour Benefits Veolia’s comprehensive benefits package includes paid time off policies, as well as health, dental, vision, life insurance, savings accounts, tuition reimbursement, paid volunteering and more.
