Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth clinical assessments to identify clients' specific mental health needs, ensuring accurate diagnosis and treatment plans.

• Create and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans firmly centered on clients' goals, adjusting as necessary based on feedback and progress.

• Deliver therapeutic services including individual counseling, couples therapy, and group sessions, employing a variety of established therapeutic techniques tailored to client needs.

• Collaborate seamlessly with interdisciplinary teams—including psychologists, social workers, and other specialists—to provide comprehensive and coordinated client care.

• Maintain meticulous records of all client interactions and treatment interventions in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and data security.

• Engage in continual professional growth activities, including attending workshops, and participating in case conferences to refine therapeutic skills.

Qualifications\n

• A valid state license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) is required.

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience working with clients suffering from addiction and/or trauma is considered a valuable asset.
