Your Role: What You Will Contribute

• Conduct a range of routine and advanced clinical laboratory tests-including chemistry, hematology, immunology, and more-by following established guidelines.
• Evaluate results meticulously for precision, identifying any discrepancies while maintaining and calibrating laboratory equipment as necessary.
• Participate in sample collection and perform preparations for testing when required.
• Ensure accurate documentation of all processes, assist in training new staff or students, and maintain our highest standards of lab quality.
• Uphold a safe and clean working environment, committed to all regulatory and accreditation standards.

Educational Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or an equivalent allied health degree, alongside preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certification Needs

• Obtain ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within the first year of employment.
• Maintain current certification throughout your time here.
