Description - What You'll Do

• Execute diverse routine and advanced clinical laboratory analyses-covering chemistry, hematology, immunology, among others-with precise adherence to established protocols.
• Review analytical outcomes for correctness, troubleshoot discrepancies, and ensure lab instruments are finely calibrated and maintained.
• Assist with specimen collection and preparation for various tests when required.
• Meticulously document all procedures, mentor new teammates or students, and help sustain high lab quality standards.
• Foster a clean, secure workspace while adhering to all regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Education

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree, supplemented by ASPC/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be secured within the first year of employment.
• Ongoing maintenance of current certification throughout your time with us.
