Description - Your Role Awaits

• Conduct both routine and advanced laboratory tests across various specialties including chemistry, hematology, and immunology, abiding by established protocols.
• Thoroughly analyze test results, troubleshoot discrepancies, and maintain lab equipment through regular calibration and preventative maintenance.
• Participate in specimen collection and prepare samples for analysis as needed.
• Meticulously document procedures, mentor new staff or students, and consistently uphold lab quality standards.
• Ensure a tidy, safe work environment while adhering to all regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree, complemented by ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) required to be obtained within one year of employment.
• Commit to maintaining your certification throughout your career.
