ARE YOU THE CONSUMER BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE WE'RE LOOKING FOR?

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (Master's degree or CPA preferred)
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including supervisory experience
• Experience working with retailers, distributors, dealers, or consumer products
• Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Proven ability to develop and grow strategic customer relationships
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Ability to travel up to 25% throughout assigned territories
• Self-motivated with strong business development and relationship management skills
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Strong knowledge of US GAAP, financial reporting, general ledger functions, month-end/year-end close, and proficiency in accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks, SAP) and Excel are preferred.

AVERAGE DAY AS A CONSUMER BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE

This is a full-time position with up to 25% travel for customer meetings, retailer and dealer visits, trade shows, and manufacturing sites.

In this role, you'll drive growth by analyzing territory performance in Dynamics 365 CRM and strengthening partnerships with dealers and distributors. Your role includes leading presentations to retailers, developing strategic plans to increase revenue, and gathering customer feedback. Collaborating with marketing and product development, you'll also contribute to product enhancements and launches while acquiring new accounts through effective territory planning and market analysis.
