Regional Director of Sales

Location: Tampa, FL — Candidates must currently live in the Tampa area
Work Setup: Remote / Field-Based — Tampa-based with statewide Florida territory
Salary: $90,000–$120,000 base salary; total compensation potential up to $160,000
Employment Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire
Travel: Approximately 6–8 overnight stays per month throughout Florida

Join a growing long-term care pharmacy organization specializing in services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD). The Regional Director of Sales will drive new business throughout Florida by developing relationships with I/DD agencies, Intermediate Care Facilities (ICFs), and other qualified partners.

Candidates must be based in Tampa and have direct, demonstrated sales experience selling products, services, and/or solutions into the I/DD market.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Market and sell pharmacy services to I/DD agencies, ICF communities, and other qualified prospects throughout Florida
• Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to meet and exceed sales goals and quotas
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and key contacts across the territory
• Identify new opportunities through prospecting, referrals, market data, CRM activity, networking, and industry relationships
• Conduct in-person and virtual sales presentations using platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and RingCentral
• Partner with sales leadership to evaluate and qualify new business opportunities
• Coordinate sales efforts with trade shows, state associations, networking events, and other marketing initiatives
• Participate in local, state, and national trade shows as required
• Maintain accurate and timely sales activity, pipeline updates, tracking, and reporting within the company CRM
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Leadership, and other internal departments throughout the sales process

WHAT YOU BRING

• Must currently reside in the Tampa, FL area
• 5+ years of demonstrated sales success with direct experience selling products, services, and/or software into the I/DD market
• Direct experience developing business with I/DD agencies and/or ICF communities
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and quotas
• Strong understanding of consultative sales, territory development, prospecting, and relationship management
• Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce
• Proven ability to work successfully in a remote, field-based sales environment
• Experience attending trade shows, industry events, and other business development activities
• Ability to travel throughout Florida, averaging approximately 6–8 overnight stays per month
• Reliable personal transportation
• Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident; employment sponsorship is not available

PREFERRED

• Long-term care pharmacy or pharmacy services sales experience
• Experience working with ICF organizations and decision-makers
• Healthcare or I/DD operations experience
