Work Environment

The Physical Therapist will work onsite in our Rehabilitation Facility, which is fully equipped with the latest therapeutic technologies and tools. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations to assess impairments, functional limitations, and disabilities, developing individualized treatment plans that align with physician recommendations.

• Utilize evidence-based practices to implement therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities tailored to each patient's unique needs.

• Document all patient interactions accurately and comprehensively, maintaining professional jargon to justify skilled therapy necessity, oversee billing aspects, and ensure transparent communication with insurance providers.

• Supervise and train Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) and support staff, ensuring that treatment delivered adheres to the highest standards and consistently moves toward achieving patient goals.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to co-develop rehabilitation strategies and communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including case managers and healthcare providers, to optimize patient outcomes.

• Monitor and evaluate the progress of patients throughout their treatment journey, making necessary adjustments to care plans to enhance rehabilitation effectiveness.

• Participate in continuous education and professional development initiatives, contributing insights to improve departmental practices and promote a culture of learning.

Qualifications
