Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to diagnose various musculoskeletal conditions, utilizing comprehensive testing and evaluation methods.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modality-based interventions aimed at restoring function and alleviating pain.
• Guide patients through rehabilitation programs specifically designed for post-surgical recovery, sports-related injuries, and chronic orthopedic conditions, ensuring they receive the care necessary to reach their recovery benchmarks.
• Educate patients on injury prevention techniques, proper body mechanics, and effective self-management strategies to empower them throughout their recovery process.
• Collaborate with physicians and orthopedic specialists to ensure seamless integration of care and optimize patients' treatment pathways.
• Maintain meticulous documentation regarding treatment plans, patient progress, and outcomes in accordance with clinic standards, ensuring effective communication and care continuity.

As a Physical Therapist at Kinetic Revive, you will engage with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from surgeries, athletes with sports injuries, and patients managing chronic orthopedic conditions. Qualifications

• A Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required.

Compensation and Benefits
