Senior AccountantSalary: $90,000 – $100,000 + Discretionary BonusWhy This Opportunity Stands Out:• Clear path to Assistant Controller • Stable organization with strong employee tenure • Work with established payroll and accounting systems including Paycom and Multi-View • Strong benefits package including healthcare and 401(k) match • Opportunity to make an impact and grow your career long termKey Responsibilities for the Senior Accountant:• Process payroll for 300+ employees across multiple entities • Lead month-end close activities, journal entries, and account reconciliations • Perform bank reconciliations and maintain general ledger accuracy • Review accounts payable processes and support accounting operations • Provide backup support for accounting team members as needed • Assist with year-end reporting, audits, and 401(k) administrationQualifications for the Senior Accountant:• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required • 5+ years of accounting experience • Payroll processing and month-end close experience required • Stable work history with demonstrated longevity • Public accounting and/or healthcare experience preferred
