The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.ResponsibilitiesLead month-end and year-end close activitiesPrepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reportsAnalyze financial statements and investigate variancesMaintain general ledger accuracy and integritySupport budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning effortsAssist with annual audits and provide supporting documentationMonitor accruals, prepaids, and fixed assetsEnsure compliance with GAAP and company accounting policiesPartner with cross-functional teams to improve accounting processes and internal controlsMentor and support junior accounting staff as neededQualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field4+ years of progressive accounting experienceStrong understanding of GAAP and financial reportingExperience with month-end close and account reconciliationsAdvanced Microsoft Excel skillsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilitiesExcellent communication skills and attention to detailCPA designation or progress toward CPA preferredExperience with ERP systems is a plusPay Details: $36.00 to $40.00 per hourEqual Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled Military connected talent encouraged to applyRef: US_EN_27_824530_3133504
