Finance Lead, TPM

Finance Lead at AbbVie responsible for developing and managing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial plans including P&L, headcount, and capital allocation. The role involves variance analysis, financial reporting, and providing strategic insights to support business decision-making, with potential supervisory responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual financial plans, P&L statements, and balance sheet forecasts
  • Prepare variance analysis and management reporting for supported business areas
  • Coordinate with accounting shared services on monthly close and ensure accurate financial reporting
  • Lead financial reviews and approvals for purchase orders and invoices
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis and process improvement initiatives; may supervise direct reports

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
  • Six or more years of progressive accounting and costing experience in manufacturing
  • Strong financial, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities
  • Proficient Excel skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • SAP and BPC knowledge preferred; CPA or MBA a plus
