What You Will Do:

• Provide expert anesthesiology services in a busy hospital-based operating room environment.
• Cover a wide age range from neonatal to adult patients, ensuring tailored anesthesia care for all.
• Supervise CRNAs in a team-based care model, supporting safe and efficient surgical procedures.
• Manage an average of 50-60 surgical cases per day across 14 operating rooms.
• Collaborate with a seasoned team of healthcare professionals in an ACS Level 1 Trauma Center setting.

Required Skills:

• Valid medical license and DEA certification in Ohio.
• Board certification or eligibility in Anesthesiology.
• Proven experience with pediatric anesthesia and adult cases.
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Prior experience supervising CRNAs.
• Familiarity with hospital-based anesthesia practices and trauma center protocols.
• Additional certifications in pediatric or trauma anesthesia.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• At least 2 years of anesthesia practice, including pediatric cases.
• Experience working in large hospital or trauma center settings.

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to participate in immediate credentialing processes, including fingerprinting and documentation submission.
• Ability to travel as needed; all travel-related expenses such as flights, hotel, rental car, and mileage will be reimbursed according to facility policies.
