Payroll Specialist

Next Level Urgent Care, LLC Job Title Payroll Specialist Job Description Payroll Specialist is primarily responsible for reconciling timecards, answering inquiries from employees, processing payroll, and maintaining the employee database. Essential Functions Process biweekly payroll for multi-state exempt and non-exempt employees following company guidelines and procedures Gather timesheet data from timekeeping system (QGenda) and audit data to ensure compliance with company policy and federal and state laws Process timely and accurate entry of payroll data Prepares reports and analyze as required Ensures completion of supplemental payments and other special payouts Audits timesheets, child support, garnishments, 401(k) changes, W4 forms, salary changes and direct deposits each payroll process Tracks paid time off and other benefits Improve and develop payroll processes to ensure efficiency Assist with various reports, data entry and business activities Experience High School diploma or equivalent Payroll software experience preferred 2 or more years-experience in payroll required Qualifications Attention to detail Customer service abilities Understanding of compliance Analysis and data skills We Offer Competitive pay Excellent benefits including 401(k) Incentive and bonus plans Growth opportunities #J-18808-Ljbffr
