Director of Business Development

Director of Business Development role, including, but not limited to: Monitoring competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, new Recommending changes in products, services, prices, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments. Servicing existing accounts, obtaining orders, and establishing new accounts by planning and organizing daily work including calls to existing or potential customers. Creating tailored sales presentations by studying the type of company being engaged and what they are interested in; presenting such presentations to potential customers and following through with whatever needs to happen to make the sale. Engaging in any other activities aimed at selling company’s services. Keeping management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as weekly work plans, sales statistics, etc. Maintaining info on sales leads, opportunities, and closes in Salesforce. Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, participating in professional societies. Representing company in a professional manner and staying on brand. Other activities to be determined aimed at selling company’s services and generating revenue. This is a heavy hunting role. Need to be comfortable selling professional services into SMB and Small Middle Market organizations. Compensation: Base Salary 100-110K + Variable Commission #J-18808-Ljbffr
