Sr. Associate, SW Support

Position Overview Senior Associate, SW Support – Lead production support of critical trading, accounting, and reporting applications within Shared Service Technology Production Maintenance and Support. Responsibilities Provide L1/L2/L3 support, monitor production streams, and resolve production issues. Apply code fixes for job failures and ensure application reliability and continuous improvement. Execute monitoring of alerts, escalating production issues to relevant teams and management. Work with business partners to analyze and resolve queries, ensuring compliance with controlled processes per business and IT requirements. Provide expert workflow knowledge for supported applications. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Systems, or related STEM field, or equivalent education/experience. Minimum 2 years of experience leading production support and maintenance teams. Minimum 2 years of experience working closely with product owners, business users, and other IT teams to elicit requirements. Minimum 2 years of experience with third‑party product vendors and in an onshore‑offshore support model. Minimum 2 years of experience with production support procedures. Minimum 2 years of experience with Oracle (PL/SQL), SQL Server, Unix shell scripting, and Perl scripting. Minimum 2 years of experience with Bitbucket, Bamboo, and DevOps best practices. Preferred approach: 4 years of experience if lacking a bachelor’s degree in a STEM field. Job Details Location: Chicago, IL Salary: $130,707.00 – $135,000.00 per year.
