The Department of Neurology at Albany Medical College is seeking Board Certified/Board Eligible Neurologists to join and expand our growing Epilepsy Division of four other neurologists.

\n

\n • General Neurology
\n • Epilepsy
\n • Dementia / Cognitive Neurology
\n • Movement disorders
\n • Neuromuscular disorders
\n • Pediatric neurology
\n • Pain and Headache management
\n • Stroke
\n • Neurocritical Care
\n • PM&R

\n

Position Highlights
\n • Provide patient care in a collaborative environment alongside general and subspecialty neurology colleagues
\n • Teach and supervise medical students, residents, APPs and fellows
\n • Perform and interpret EEG/cEEG/aEEG studies
\n • Monitor patients in a 12-bed Epilepsy Monitoring Unit (adults and peds)
\n • Participate in a strong Epilepsy Surgery Program
\n • Explore plentiful bench or clinical research opportunities

Qualifications
\n • MD/DO or equivalent with board certification in Neurology
\n • Completion of a certified Clinical Neurophysiology Fellowship
\n • Active and unrestricted medical license or eligibility for licensure in New York State
\n • Strong interest in education and mentorship
\n • Commitment to excellent patient care
